PRO WHEELCHAIR

By Nick Scott

The 2018 Arnold Classic Pro Wheelchair event is going to be a one of a kind that you will not want to miss. These inspirational athletes are True to Life Warriors! They are living, breathing proof that there are no such things as excuses for those with hard core determination and deep inspiration! These Inspirational athletes are the FINEST Wheelchair Bodybuilders in the World.

Words cannot express what a powerful experience it is to see these truly unstoppable athletes take ownership of the stage. This very special event is not just about Bodybuilding. It’s about proving to the world what the power of a determined mind and the human spirit is able to accomplish. We admire all athletes who achieve greatness, but these amazing people have overcome so much more than just the limitations of the human body.

NPC Wheelchair Bodybuilding began in 1994 at that year’s NPC Wheelchair Nationals, in conjunction with the Sunshine Classic in Florida. The first IFBB Pro Wheelchair Competition was held in October of 2011 in Houston, Texas. Since then, the sport has grown into a massive ongoing global event. There are currently 26 IFBB Pro Wheelchair Bodybuilders in the world.

In 2017, Harold “King Kong” Kelley defended his title to win Arnold Classic Pro Wheelchair for the second straight year! Harold will be defending his title again in 2018 against the BEST IFBB Pro Wheelchair Bodybuilders in the World! Will Harold Kelley be dethroned?
