Prejudging is over for the 212 Showdown, and it looks like Flex Lewis and David Henry will have to wait until tonight’s finals to see who is the last man standing.
Each has experienced his own frustrations on the Showdown stage. Lewis lost a close – and controversial – decision last year while Henry, the first ever Olympia Showdown winner in 2008 (when it was the 202 Showdown), finished as the runner-up in both 2009 and 2010 before taking last year off due to being deployed with the Air Force.
Both Lewis and Henry placed second to three-time Showdown winner Kevin English, who elected to sit out this year’s contest due to nagging injuries.
Jose Raymond and Eduardo Correa are fighting for third.
