CHEST MUTATION with SUPERMUTANT Rich Piana (Ep.#1 )

We’re back with Series Four of Leaving Humanity Behind with Rich Piana! In this first episode filmed at the famous Metroflex Gym in Long Beach California, Rich takes us through an insane chest workout, which he challenges all the MUTANTNATION fans to try! Rich’s first exercise is a chest destroyer! He starts out with Smith Machine Incline Bench Press and does a 100 rep drop-set! If that wasn’t enough, Rich follows this up with what he calls the 100% Club Bench Press, where you do 10 sets of your body weight to failure! After that, Rich heads over to the Cable Flys station to burn out 4-5 sets, pyramiding up in weight for each set. Then finally, as if his chest could take anymore punishment, Rich finishes off with Old-Skool Weighted Dips, with four sets to failure. We told you this was an insane workout!
