Mr. Olympia Bodybuilding Preview

This year’s Mr. Olympia will be one to watch. We will have 3 Mr. Olympia title holders – our current standing Mr. O, Phil Heath, 4-title holder Jay Cutler, and veteran in the game and 2008 winner Dexter Jackson.
While crowd favorite Jay Cutler’s return has been much anticipated, much of the buzz this year has been directed to the man that seemed to come out nowhere, Elssbiay Mamdouh AKA “Big Ramy”. His tremendous size left many in awe, but can he come in lean and hard enough to beat Jay, Phil, or Kai?
Dexter keeps getting better and better, finishing strong as our 2012 Master’s Olympia champion. How will he do this year?
Kai Greene will come in strong looking for a rematch and a chance for the O title once again.
Then there is Shawn “Flexatron” Rhoden, who we heard very little from this year. This could only mean that he was putting his heart and soul into this year’s Mr. O and we can bet he will shock us all with yet another great package as he did not disappoint last year. You never know who may step up that day to take the title.
