“Ben got second really just on his conditioning and size. His shape really still needs to be improved, but his conditioning was excellent. He is one who needs to watch his stomach, he has a tendency to let that pop out and he has to control that. His back definitely needs to improve because he’s so wide-waisted. He’s got a really good, thick chest but it still could be bigger because he’s got such a long torso. His is not a pleasing physique – he’s like a mass monster, so he really has to pack on as much back muscle as he can – width and thickness – to compensate for that.”
